Marcus joined VRH as a walk-on during the massive Ambleside tournament session in March 2010, and came back for more, posting star points in just his second session out. Having already led multiple sessions in scoring, he has fast become a valuable member of the Burton crew. At the 2010 autumn Fuller Cup, he teamed with Pat Elischer and Ryan Disterheft to form a line of death that nearly defeated BUSH by themselves.
Marcus has the unique distinction of scoring goals and assists in equal totals at high levels pretty much throughout his career. Now a regular for VRH, he challenged for the 2011 scoring title and was a lock for the first all-star team.
