Part of the stellar 2011 BUSH rookie crop, Garrit went out and broke the rookie assist record in his debut session. Showing his ability to man the blue line was one thing, but going in goal only to take a Kyle Grenier slapshot right in the face (no mask) and keep playing is a testament to his work ethic.
