Griff was one of the three rookies who joined the end of the debut VRH session at William Griffin Park. His first full session later that month saw him pick up third-star honours. While Griff's never been a regular, he always manages to make a few appearance a year. Far from the baby-faced teenager that first showed up in 2008, Griff now ranks as a top offensive threat in VRH.
