-Glorious sunshine scale: 4/10 (partial cloud cover was welcomed on another unseasonably warm day)
-Temperature scale: 5/10
-Perfect number of players scale: 5/10 (two subs for most of the session)
-New players scale: 8.5/10 (John Chou and Marcus Ribbi make their debuts)
-Return of long absent regulars scale: 0/10
-Evenness of teams/series scale: 2/10 (aside from the first game it was tough to find a balance today)
-Session intensity scale: 5/10 (bit of an odd session undulating between very intense and very open)
-Session openness / offensiveness scale: 7.5/10
-Domination by one player scale: 2/10 (a lot of bodies and quality players spread things out a lot)
-Redemptions Achieved Scale: 0/10 (this was not a day for redemption)
-Epicness of Games Scale: 2/10 (first game is the only one that could even make the conversation)
-Exceptional goaltending performance scale: 5/10 (a few more goals squeaked by today, yet highlight real saves were still aplenty)
-Length of session scale: 7/10 (certainly not the longest session time-wise but equals the most games played so far this year)
-Fun of session scale: 5/10 (the lopsided scores and lack of epic games perhaps took away from the session a bit, but of course everyone was happy to just be out there playing hockey)
-Chance of future sessions in coming weeks scale: 7/10 (with goalies, new players and generally good numbers there's no reason for this train to stop rolling)

Thanks, Bern! On a day where scoring was erratic, Ryan came out on top for the second consecutive session. The only player to hit 15 points in the longest session by game total so far, Ryno racked up 6G-9A to take first star. In his rookie session, Marcus Ribbi made a big impact, scoring 8G en route to tying for second star at 12P. His fellow second star? Liam, in only his second session, with 5G-7A. Though he cooled off at the end, Neil still tied Marcus R. for the session lead in goals. In goal, it was another excellent day for Stuart at .858, while Dom had an off-session at .724.

Season Stats: Darrel deposes the absent Stefan Klopp atop the 2015 scoring race, 81-78, with Ryan passing Rob to move into the top five at 55. Liam and Markus Lohuaru now find themselves in the top ten, tied for ninth at 21... As Darrel expands his goalscoring lead, Neil jumps into the top four with 25 goals, one ahead of Ryan... Both Ryan and Rob make up ground on Darrel in the race for third in assists, with Darrel ahead of the pair, 33-31-31... Neil retakes the shooting percentage lead from Tom Slivinski, with Markus Lohuaru passing Darrel for third... In the exciting two-goalie battle for the save percentage lead, Dom now only leads Stu by a mere .843-.840... Stu passes Dom for the lead in saves, 696-682... With Stefan visiting the family this weekend, that leaves Stu and Bernie as the only players to have appeared in all 37 games this season. Stefan falls all the way to fifth in game splayed behind the Voser brothers... On the back of two straight first stars, Ryan moves into a tie for fourth with Tom Slivinski for fourth in three-star points with 30... Stu now leads Dom 95-70 in both goalie star points and total star points... Neil falls from first to third in PPG, giving the lead to Andrew Smart, followed by Tom; Darrel falls behind Stefan to fifth... Neil plummets from fourth out of the top five in APG, bringing Liam into the top five... Neil falls from first to fourth in shots-per-game, bringing Andrew to first followed by Darrel and Tom; Rob falls out of the top five, replaced by the absent Sam... Dom gives up the saves-per-game lead to Bron... Marcus and Neil's 8 goals apiece tie for the fourth-highest session marks so far this year... Ryan's nine assists tie for the fourth-highest mark this year as well

SDF/GDF: Neil stays atop the SDF for a third straight session, but his formerly huge lead over second-place Andy Smart was all but erased today. First place is completely up for grabs next time out. Stefan has a bad session fall off and he moves up to fourth. The biggest mover of the day is Liam, who jumps up seven spots to eighth... Bron's stay atop the GDF is a short one, as he falls right back below the session minimum again thanks to his rather spread-out appearances. This gives the top spot to Stu, who jumps up from third ahead of Dom to lead the GDF for the fourth time in his career.

Darrel is now 13th in all-time VRH scoring... Stu has a serious shot at passing Alex Elischer for the all-time VRH goaltending lead, as he now only trails his by .823-.822... Stu passes Laird Bilinski for seventh in .800s with 23, including ten in a row, the fourth-longest streak ever... Stu becomes the seventh goalie with 20 .810s... Today was Stu's fifth career .850...
