Thanks, Bern! The Nick-Andy-Riley trio kicked off the first two games in style, and those two games powered them to the three star positions on this Remembrance Day Monday. In his triumphant return to VRH after a year away, Nick led all scorer with 11G-8A, depriving Andy (8G-10A) of first by a point. Andy had 5A in Game 3 alone. Even though he missed the last game, Riley still easily captured third star at 5G-10A. In goal, the shot counts were light. Dom finished at .802 on 69 saves compared to Sam at .771 and 64 saves. Sam, however, did grab his first shutout of the year.

Season Stats: Andrew leads Rob in scoring, 195-169... Andrew crosses the 100-assists mark for the second time ever while Rob leads Oliver for second 89-83... Oliver passes Seamus for fourth in shots on goal, 225-205... Sam passes Stu Hall for second in saves and games goaltended... Rob leads Dom in games played, 71-70... Sam becomes the fourth goalie to post a shutout this season... Rob falls behind Jordan Barlow into sixth in PPG...

SDF/GDF: Seamus holds the SDF for a second straight session while Andrew narrowly drops to third behind Kellan... Yes, it’s true. With both Justin and Brom falling below the session minimum for goaltending, and Dom having an averages day in goal, the improbable Lee is now atop the GDF for the first time ever. The offensive stalwart is suddenly a candidate for Dual Threat of the Year. Dom is only narrowly behind him for the lead, however, and could take it back next session as quickly as Lee grabbed it.

All-Time Session Milestones & Streaks

On the All-Time Front: Rob is 13 points behind Justin for ninth in all-time scoring; Andy is 33 points behind Rob... Sam needs 58 saves to become the tenth goalie with 3,000... Dom becomes the first goalie to goaltend 600 games, and will soon have goaltended twice as much as any other goaltender in Burton history... Sam is three games goaltended behind Seamus for ninth... Sam records his sixth career shutout... Nick passes Dallas Sinclair for fourth in GPG... rob is 12 points behind Bernie for third in all-time VRH scoring; Andrew is 39 behind Rob... Riley pots his first career ten-assister and 15-pointer... Nick has four straight 15-pointers to begin his career...
